Order Processing
Many products offered by 911 Design are special-order or manufacturer direct-ship items.
• Orders are processed after payment is received
• Processing times vary by product and manufacturer
• Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days
• Special-order items may require additional lead time
Estimated lead times are provided when available but are not guaranteed.
Once an order is processed with the manufacturer, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Methods
We ship via major carriers including:
• UPS
• USPS
• Freight carriers (for oversized items such as wheels, body components, or large performance parts)
Shipping method is determined based on product size, weight, and destination.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
For freight shipments:
• Additional charges may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, or limited-access locations
• Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:
• Manufacturer lead times

• Weather or logistical disruptions
• High-volume periods
911 Design is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.
Freight Deliveries (Important)
For freight shipments:
• Customer must inspect all packages before signing delivery receipt
• Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery paperwork
• Failure to note damage at delivery may void damage claims
If damage is discovered after delivery, notify us within 48 hours.
Lost or Stolen Packages
911 Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a carrier claim.
Incorrect Address
Customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information:
• Customer is responsible for reshipment costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for:
• Duties
• Taxes
• Customs fees
• Import restrictions
911 Design is not responsible for customs delays or fees imposed by destination countries.
